We use Thai Register Airmail and FedEx Express global delivery service for our shipping because it is Reliable, Guaranteed, Efficient, the 24-72 hour Traceable and Insurable. Unfortunately, we cannot assume responsibility for shipping errors related to wrong shipping addresses, customs delays and agreements reached between the buyer and FedEx to forgo a signature on delivery.
How Much Does It Cost?
1. Thai Registered Airmail Service $7.99 per shipment anywhere in the world within 10 - 28 business days. No Insurance. (Flat rate for 500 Grams.)
2. FedEx orders are shipped from Thailand via the guaranteed 24-72 hour FedEx global delivery service at the discounted rate of US$29.99 per shipment. ** Recommend **

Can I Get Items Shipped To My PO Box Address?
Unfortunately, no. For your security, FedEx requires a physical (street) address for door- to-door delivery.
What About Customs Charges?
You may be charged import duties and taxes that are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Customs clearance charges are your responsibility as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they will be. As customs charges vary widely from country to country, please contact your local customs office for further information.
Damage or Breakage
If there is any damage or breakage, we will send you a replacement free of charge. Please send us, by mail or email, a photo of the damaged pieces and a copy of your invoice (we need this to show our insurance agent).
Please Note: If a shipment is rejected because of customs clearance charges you will be responsible for any fees incurred.
You are protected by our No Risk Return Policy. Purchased an item that didn?t quite meet your expectations? Not quite as depicted? No problem, return it to us within 7 days of receipt for a full refund on the product. No questions asked. Contact customer service before sending product back.
